Long time ago we wrote our last official blog, so it’s really time to let you know about the recent activities….

Let’s just start with the TOP 5 visitor countries, since there was a surprise in may 2011:

1. Ukraine
2. Russia
3. Germany
4. United Staates
5. France

As you can see if you compare to our last news, people from Ukraine made it from place 10 to the top of all visitors, Russia stays rank 2 and Germany lost his long time championship record and is now on rank 3…

How could this happened? Maybe one of the reasons is, that we have now a professional russian and ukrainian translation on nerofix.com, and we’ve specially re-developed our language interface system to fit the russian and ukrainian grammar correctly. It looks so much better now, it was long time planned, but only in last week we finally got the new language system working… enjoy!

Beside our work in the 3.x version, we are working on the new community version upgrade to 4.0 … it will come with several new possibilities for you and your friends, it will include a completly re-designed interface, and you will have the power to choose 1 of several new interface designs, in case the 4.0 standard design hasn’t the color you prefer.

I don’t want to bring out all new things of version 4.0 to the daylight, so let’s keep it a secret until the release, in 2 weeks…

it has been a while since our last blog post. The reason is just that we are busy with all the new things coming in 2010. So, what’s coming? In short listed below:

Nerofix Community v2.0
In January 2010, the new Nerofix Community Version 2.0 should be done. It will be a very, very interesting mix of the former versions 0.x and 1.x – and all our knowledge and experience of the past 8 years will be included. The code of the core and all modules has been completly rewritten and the layout has been completly new designed. The new Nerofix Community Version 2.0 is actually 98% developed, what’s missing are some latest changes, browser optimization and language translations. As soon as it is ready, we will upgrade nerofix.com to the new Nerofix Community 2.0 Version.

Nerofix Company
In February 2010, we will set up the Nerofix Company Version 1.0 for the first time. It will be nice and informative mix of our company blog and new pages with all the service listed you can get from the Nerofix Company Network and with information about recent projects and plans. The company website is planned to put on nerofix.net which is actually still used by the actual Nerofix Community.

Nerofix Shop
Between February and March 2010 we will start with a new webshop where webmasters can buy interesting tools and scripts for their websites and communities, or rent special service for custom wishes. With this webshop we hope for a higher incoming to invest more into the development of our Nerofix Community Version and to furthermore keep it clean of advertisement or commercial interests. We haven’t decide about the domain yet, but presumably we are going to release it on nerofix.org.

Nerofix Gaming
Our GamesServer service will be back between January and February 2010. Internet Gaming Clans can rent a gamesserver for their team, private or public and for many games. Our high power servers for this are currently setting up, the website is also in progress. We will release the GamesServer service under the domain gamesserver.net, you can already view a preview by clicking on the link. This service will be first released in German language only, but more languages are planned in the future.

Nerofix Support
When all the projects above are done so far, we plan in Sommer 2010 to enhance our support service to a high quality level. For all people who have questions to us or customers which need our support we will provide an intelligent new system for a coordinate corresponding. It will save your and our time and give everyone a better overview. A helpful live-chat and a professional ticket system will be also included. We will also increase the number of languages in we will give support to the people.

As you just read above, we are going to bring many of our recent projects to a close in the first half year of 2010. It wasn’t easy to provide you all this, but we’ve been always believing in the use and success of all projects. What you get will be the modernst technology on the internet, to everone who is following us in the past, we can promise you’ll feel the diffrence.

This could cause that the nerofix network community will be not reachable for you for a few hours until your internet provider updated their domain name servers to the new IP of our new community server.

only 3 months left until the final release of the new nerofix v2.0 community version and although we are not done with the final design of nerofix v2.0, today we’d like to present you the first public screenshot of the member’s “welcome page” which appears right after logging in.
We decided to use a completly new and fresh design, simple and modern.

Suggestions and requests about the new design are still welcome.

We are looking for translators for the upcoming Nerofix 2.0 Community website.
We plan to translate Nerofix into all european languages and into russian, arabic and asian languages. Are you interested in joining our Nerofix Translation Team, then write a short message here and let us know about your language skills. Translations will be done from english into other languages. We prefer native speakers, but everyone may contact anyway if you think you will be the right person to translate Europe’s most modern Social Network into another language.

Since the Nerofix 2.0 system will be still in beta phase until september, translation requests can be sent until end of august 2009.

We are coming closer …
Nerofix Version 2.0 is now in it’s last beta level and we plan to release a public beta in juli 2009, between 15th and 17th.

After the beta release, we are not adding new features anymore (only little suggestions perhaps), our main focus will be to find the last bugs and problems in our modules. We made a time frame for this until september 2009. After this, the developers will work on the upgrade script for our actual Nerofix 1.03 Version, they will also check all security and anti-spam issues, while we will start working on the design and on the new language system.

This will be the hot phase and 8 – 10 weeks later, the Nerofix 2.0 version will be released, after over one year of collecting suggestions, many discussions and development. Remember that in this version, no old code from the 1.0 version has been taken, so it will be the most modern social network script in the internet with plenty of new features and possibilities for you and your friends.

With the last beta, we are coming one more step closer ….

We are actually working on our statistic modules to make them partly public to the community. Most websites are hiding their statistics, but we want to go a diffrent way with Nerofix Network, so we are working on a “statistics” page that all registered members of www.nerofix.net may see anytime when they are interested.

We just started 4 weeks ago with the new nerofix 1.0 community, so the statistics are still looking “young”. Now it’s on you and everyone to increase the stats. Thanks!

As you know we are constantly working on the next version of the Nerofix Network Community website which will brings us a lot more features, the latest technology of webdevelopement and more.

Last weekend, the first beta version was available to our beta tester team and the feedback was great. The next beta is planned in July 2009 and after the release for our beta testers we are joining the “hot phase” which means that we are going to intensively testing everything for bugs, security, privacy etc…

To remember: The official Nerofix Community 2.x release is planned between October and November 2009.

The official release of our new Nerofix Community 1.0 version some weeks ago is running on www.nerofix.net and a few hundred people joined already the new community. Although we aren’t done in developement, everything seems to run stable so far.

Now it’s time to collect experience with the new system and collect some more ideas for the upcoming Nerofix Community 2.0 version that will be done before end of 2009.

Unfortunatly the translations of version 1.0 aren’t done completly yet, but most of the menus and the interface is already translated to English, German and Russian. More language are coming soon.

With Nerofix Community 1.x we are going one more step in direction of the future, more news about soon…

Our old Nerofix 0.7 version that is actually still running on www.nerofix.com will be moved within the next weeks to the archive. We do this because this version will not longer be supported since we are running the Nerofix 1.x version on www.nerofix.net

We plan to put our upcoming company website at www.nerofix.com to give our customers a good overview of our services where you can order our products and more.

On this point, the Nerofix team says thanks for all people who helped and supported us in the past with the 0.x version. Unfortunatly this version became out of date and it’s needed to get replaced by newer technology and ideas.
